With more than 23 years of experience, Rob & Monica Coakley have been cutting out the middleman to create high quality products, with low overhead, and focus on being on time. By creating products in-house, we control what happens before, during and after fabrication. It ensures issues are taken care of right away, without them having to become a problem for you later – saving your time and money. From beginning to end; from skid fabrication, to pipe fabrication; to bolt up and delivery – it’s all in-house with R&M Welding and Fabrication in Ault, Colorado.

Rob & Monica Coakley
Rob Coakley – Co-owner
Rob has been welding for 23 years, specializing in stainless steel. When he first started out, he began welding in ethanol plants, refineries, nuclear power plants, but wound up in Colorado working on stainless steel for Budweiser. Transferring into the oil and gas industry in 2006, Rob began pipeline and fabrication work, as project manager, welding on oil and gas facilities, gas lines, farms, hot tap welds, inservice welding on live lines, building trucks and pump rigs and other oilfield-related equipment.
Monica Coakley – Co-owner
As more of the face of R&M Welding and Fabrication, she is the Office Manager and handles billing/accounts receivable. She is also into pipe preparation and cutting, structural welding, and plays an important role as field-welding and shop-welding assistant.
Rob & Monica have been married over 17 years, working together to build quality products.
